Can't view photos suddenly, why?

I am using Premiere with HP LX195 Windows Home Server.

All of the sudden I can no longer view photos in the "Music and Photos section".

When I click on a specific photo, I can get the picture of a photo torn in half on the screen.

Everything else on the Premiere works fine like Streambaby, MRV, etc.

Any idea how I can resolve this?
