pytivo on PC & Mac

PyTivo installed on WINXP yaa Then tried to install on Mac os 10.6.8 via terminal. Tivo shows my folder on mac all right but when I select a video to play nothing appears empty screen with PC written at top of screen. When I relaunch pyTivo in terminal the bottom of a long string of code says BAd Cpu type ??? any help would be great.
