Streambaby with ASUS RT-N56U router

I need help getting streambaby working with Asus RT-N56U router.
It was working fine with my old router, I have since upgraded to this new router.
My Tivo can connect to internet and other network functions work (Netflix, youtube, etc.)
I understand I might need to enable multi-cast in router. There are several settings in an "IPTV" tab, I have tried to "enable multi-cast routing" but it does not seem to work.

If anyone has gotten Asus RT-N56U to work with streambaby, can you please post the router settings?
