kmttg tranfers ending before complete with no error shown

Have been using kmttg for ages and count on it to bring my TiVos content where they need to be. Lately though some longer programs (6,7,9,20GB) never complete and no error so not sure what may be wrong. (i.e. Multiple attempts to transfer a 2.5hr program Formula One Racing which kmttg shows to be 17.53GB - stops at 2.04GB and no reason provided in the logs).

There are many programs behaving this way and not sure exactly when it started. Currently running v2.1p.
