Is the a way to transfer decrypted Tivo TS files back from computer to Tivo?

Now that I am forced to transfer shows from my Tivo to my computer as TS files (thanks to Comcast's conversion to Mpeg4) I find that although my Tivos can transfer undecrypted TS files back from Tivo Desktop, they and Tivo Desktop do not see the decrypted TS files (unlike decrypted .Tivo files, which are .Mpeg and which the Tivos and Tivo Desktop do see). I'm using Tivolibre in KTTMG to decrypt the TS files to Mpeg2 TS files. I've never used pyTivo. Might it work? Thanks
