RegEx help in prep for Plex

I am trying to clean up my media file system to be compatible with plex server.

I currently have movie files named:

Movie_Name MovieYear.mp4

Plex wants

Movie_Name (MovieYear).mp4

Is there an easy way to rename?

EG:
500 Days of Summer 2009.mp4
becomes
500 Days of Summer (2009).mp4


Similarly for TV shows my files are named:
NameOfSeries SxxExx NameOfEpisode.mp4

and I need to rename them:
NameOfSeries - SxxExx - NameOfEpisode.mp4


I can set up metagenerator to name them this way going forward but need to rename many thousands of files.
