Problem with Stream while watching "copyrighted" cable channel

I setup my Stream to use with Android tablet for both in and out of home streaming.

This morning I received an error message while streaming HLN news that it's copyrighted and cannot be viewed out of home.

However, I was in the home on my home network.

Any idea on what could be causing the issue here?

Should I change my setup for in-home only or this an error? However, I would still like to use out of home even if I can only watch network television.

Please help. Thanks.
