Hi, I've been using Streambaby for years and love it, but my anamorphic widescreen content (aspect ratio of 2.35 or 2.40) gets stretched vertically. I've read others having this problem have been able to fix it by just changing from FULL to PANEL aspects on TiVo, but no such luck for me.
I have a ton of videos like this and I really don't want to go back and re-encode them all. According to this page, I shouldn't have to:
http://www.tivocommunity.com/tivo-vb...?p=7097293...6
"Non-standard resolutions are supported; videos do not have to be encoded in 1280x720 or 1920x1080 to display in the correct aspect ratio. Streambaby will add black bars to the top and bottom so 1.85:1, 2.35:1, 2.40:1, and other non-16:9 videos display in the correct aspect ratio."
The black bars are not being added to mine. I have a Premiere and a S3. Streambaby is running on a Win7 machine. Here's an example MediaInfo entry for a movie that will be stretched (this one is HD, but it also stretches for SD anamorphic movies):
