I have upgraded to Tivo Desktop Plus so I can watch my .mov home movies on my tivo. I can see the movies as transferable on my tivo, and when I click transfer it says they will be put in the To-Do list. However, they don't download and when I check the recording history it says "not transferred" because it is either copy protected (can't be since they are my home movies), not the right format (they are .mov which tivo desktop plus is supposed to support), or moved (which they are not). Any ideas?!?! Thx!
